Technology

Production Capacity
For our tapping process is computerized completely and high effectively come with self-own designed counter panel. Capacity for Round Weld Nut for example is 12pcs per minutes that output can be 100 tons about 12MMpcs monthly.
In process quality control
All quality of products starts with the purchase of raw material from certified source of supply. Full in house testing facilities compliments our ability to provide quality assurance certification and trace ability. Each new part goes through a rigorous inspection process at our onsite quality control lab prior to sending samples to our customers.
We offer full PPAP/ISIR and certificate of conformity documentation on request.
